By participating in literacy sponsorships or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Literacy Sponsorship Commitments

All sponsorships represent a commitment to fund the placement of books into classrooms, community literacy events, and educational programs.

Sponsorship levels correspond to a designated number of books.

Payment Terms

Sponsorship payments are processed at the time of commitment.

All payments are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If an administrative or pricing error occurs, Guardians of the Grove Press reserves the right to correct the error and notify the sponsor.

Bookplate Recognition

Sponsors may choose to:

• Remain anonymous

• Provide custom recognition text

Guardians of the Grove Press reserves the right to decline or edit recognition text that:

• Contains inappropriate language

• Contains political endorsements

• Contains commercial advertising

• Violates copyright or trademark law

Final formatting of bookplates remains at the discretion of Guardians of the Grove Press.

Program Distribution

Books are distributed through literacy events, festivals, classroom partnerships, and community programming. Distribution timing may vary based on printing schedules, inventory, and event dates.

Intellectual Property

All content, images, book materials, and branding are the intellectual property of Guardians of the Grove Press and Kimberly Vaughan unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of Liability

Guardians of the Grove Press shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to sponsorship participation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
